Returns Eligibility:

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all included accessories: atmosphere sticks, gas/fuel chambers, manuals, and storage bags).

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at [service@romeson.com]. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5–10 business days).

Non-Returnable Items:

Items showing obvious signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing components from the gift box set.
