Warranty Coverage Period: We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use starting from the original purchase date.

Issues related to the rechargeable battery system or igniter mechanism under normal operating conditions.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow operational instructions/manuals.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or paint fading (such as rubber paint surface wear from heavy handling).

Warranty Claims Process: If you encounter a defect, please contact us at service@romeson.com with your order number, proof of purchase, photos or a short video demonstrating the issue. If covered, we will repair or replace the defective unit free of charge.
